The recipe for power-packed, nutrient-rich, deliciously creamy Banana Smoothie.
Peel the bananas. Cut them into small pieces. Freeze them in the freezer for 4-5 hours. In case if you are making the smoothie for breakfast, you can also freeze the bananas overnight.
In a blender, add the frozen bananas, 2 cups yogurt, and 2-3 tablespoons honey. Blend these ingredients together till you get a smooth thick liquid.
Then, add 1 tablespoon flax seed powder and just blend for 10 seconds.
Pour this mixture into glasses and serve it fresh.
1) To get a thicker version of the smoothie, the bananas should be frozen. 2) In case you have roasted flax seeds, you can grind them into powder and add it into your smoothie.
